Elspeth Ballard is a fully qualified and experienced Couple and Relationship Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Case Supervisor with more than 15 years experience in both the voluntary sector and private practice.
Elspeth offers both long and short term therapy for individuals and couples in a safe and confidential environment. As a member of BACP she adheres to their Code of Ethics.
Elspeth has particular expertise in working with people experiencing difficulties in relationships, depression, addictions, domestic violence, abuse and trauma.
