Physiotherapist

Fiona has a background in Physiotherapy, working in the NHS for 14 years. Here she  gained invaluable experience in the rehabilitation of many problems and conditions.

A severe back injury in 1997 left her with chronic back pain, sciatica and headaches.  Deep tissue massage and other soft tissue release techniques proved to be the most effective treatments to reduce and manage her pain.

Moving to Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2006, Fiona took the opportunity to study Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy. She worked in a busy Sports Massage Clinic for 7 years until her return to Cornwall in 2015.

Fiona is a skilled, professional and highly trained therapist who is passionate about her work. She is empathic in her approach and understands how debilitating life with pain can be.

Fiona is experienced in treating people of all ages. She has treated a wide range of conditions including:

- Sports, accidental and repetitive strain injuries.

- Postural, occupational and emotional stress related symptoms.
